Red Meat

I can't remember the first time I consciously ate grass-fed beef, but it was probably within the last two years. It's definitely different--more intensely flavorful (or maybe the difference was that it actually had flavor). It's on my mind because of the recent information stream about how evil red meat is. Once again, my main man Dr. Weil comes through with a level-headed assessment.
