Slicing

After all these years, the however-very-nice employees of Bruegger's still don't know how to slice a sandwich all the way through. Separating the halves of my "Leonard Da Veggie" when I get to my table is a challenge, especially one on an "Asiago 'Softwich' " with its particularly tenacious lower crust. I keep meaning to show them how, as they're making it; I'll try to remember next time.
